For years, I struggled with emotional highs and lows, overthinking, inner chaos, and feeling disconnected from myself. Even when I understood things logically, my emotional reactions still felt difficult to control.

Discovering hypnotherapy and subconscious mind work completely changed the way I understood emotions, behavior, and patterns. It helped me realize that many of the patterns we struggle with are deeply conditioned responses — not personal failures.

Why I Approach This Work Differently

My background in psychology, sociology, hypnotherapy, NLP and emotional regulation allows me to approach transformation through both science and subconscious work (emotions). 


My philosophy integrates science with empathy, focusing on emotional regulation and self-awareness through a non-judgmental approach. 


Through my guidance, I invite you to become the observer of your thoughts, emotions and actions, and bring forth change through internal awareness instead of external pressure. 

You are not broken.

You just need to do some fine-tuning.

I believe true transformation begins when we stop identifying with every thought, emotion, and reaction we experience— and start becoming the observer of them instead. Detachment is key here. 

Many of the emotional patterns we struggle with are subconscious programs developed through past experiences, social conditioning, stress, and survival responses. Over time, these patterns can shape the way we think, feel, react, and move through life without us even realizing it.

My approach is centered around helping people create awareness around those patterns with compassion rather than judgment. Because once we become aware of what is running beneath the surface, we create the opportunity for change.

Through subconscious mind work, emotional regulation, and self-observation, it becomes possible to reprogram the mind, regulate the nervous system, and respond to life from a more grounded, conscious, and connected place.
